Please continue to think about using SCRIP as it is still a great way for us to earn revenue. The revenue that SCRIP generates goes to Youth Ministries, Bethlehem School, and the compassion fund.
The stores are beginning to rev up for the holidays, so please keep SCRIP in mind for the holidays. Gift cards are probably one of the most popular gifts. In addition, the grocery certificates are great for all of the holiday baking that many of us do. Plus many of the retailers are offering bonuses. If you purchased even one gift card a week from now until Christmas, think about how many gifts you would have purchased by Christmas?
Are you a business owner? If so, please keep SCRIP in mind for employee gifts, office supplies, or gas for the company vehicles. Bethlehem can benefit from each one of these purchases.
For two more months, Kwik Trip is still running its bonus of 5% through the end of the year. For gas cards, this is an extremely generous bonus and a tremendous opportunity for us. This means for every gas card you purchase through the end of the year, Bethlehem will receive 9%. Just think, for every $100 sold, Bethlehem receives $9!!!!!!
Although Bethlehem Day School no longer benefits from the WE CARE program that Pick ‘n Save discontinued, we still benefit from the sale of Roundy cards. The money earned from the sale of these cards goes to Bethlehem Day School.
We have some inventory available for purchase after each weekend service at both campuses. In addition, we have order forms available for additional retailers. If you place your order by noon on Sunday, it will be available for pick up by the following weekend. For those with children in our day school, you may request that your SCRIP order be sent home with your child. Please keep in mind that a release form does need to be completed for this option.
GREAT NEWS: Buffalo Wild Wings is the newest retailer. The cards are available in $25 denominations with an 8% contribution. This makes a great gift for the sports lovers….it is a great place to watch those Packer and Badger games!! If you are interested in the cards, simply write it on the sheet.
Changes:
You can also now purchase $50 Woodmans cards. We have a limited number in inventory as well. For now, simply write your request on the order sheet if you are ordering them.

I found
a card I want to buy, but it is not on the order form. How do I order
it?
There are some blank spaces on the bottom of the second page of the order form. Just write the name of the retailer, the denomination you need, the quantity and the total for that order. Questions? Please call us.
